CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT FOR APPRAISERS IN PENNSYLVANIA:: Completion of twenty-eight (28) hours in programs approved by the Board.  A minimum of seven (7) continuing education hours are required on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and two (2) continuing education hours on the Real Estate Appraisers Certification Act or Assessors Certification Act and the Board's regulations and policies.
